All roles are based in Batu Pahat or on active project sites across Johor and Melaka. Salary commensurate with experience; transport and project allowances apply.
Own the end-to-end delivery of a residential or commercial project — programme, cost, quality, and safety. Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and authorities. 8+ years' experience preferred.
Day-to-day site control — workforce, material flow, QA against the construction drawings, daily site report. Diploma in Building / Civil Eng. with 3+ years' on-site experience.
Operate the ISO 9001:2015 quality system across projects and prepare sites for independent QLASSIC assessments. CIDB CQA accreditation a plus.
Pre- and post-contract QS work — BQ preparation, sub-contractor packages, progress claims, variation orders, final accounts. RICS / RISM partial qualification a plus.
Source materials and subcontract packages against site programmes. Vendor evaluation, RFQ, PO issuance, and tracking against ISO procedures.
Site safety leadership, JKKP-compliant procedures, incident reporting, toolbox briefings. Green Book + SHO certification required.
Rotational placement across Projects, Quality, and Site Operations. 3 to 6 month placements; structured mentorship and a stipend.
